About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Services Analyst to join Visa's Client Services team. This role involves providing technical program management and implementation services to clients across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on Visa products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and execute high-quality project management support to Visa clients and processors
- →Coordinate directly with clients to analyze and understand card program setup/endpoint requirements
- →Confidently manage client projects in parallel to product developments
- →Build and enhance positive working relationships with key client institutions and stakeholders
- →Communicate complex technical concepts in a focused and organized manner
- →Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, risk mitigation plans, status reports, and issues logs
- →Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations
- →Coordinate internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills for problem analysis and technical document review
- ✓Expertise in APIs and infrastructure design
- ✓Ability to learn and acquire knowledge in modern technologies
- ✓Experience with project management methodologies
