About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager, Strategy & Analytics to own the portfolio-level strategy and performance of Visa’s Virtual Card products. This role is accountable for defining where the virtual card business should invest, how it should grow, and which opportunities will deliver the greatest impact for clients and Visa.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the portfolio level strategy for Visa’s Virtual Card products, including where to invest, how to grow, and which opportunities deliver the greatest client and business impact. Partner closely with key stakeholders to help inform this strategy.
- →Lead long-range strategic planning, annual planning, and quarterly prioritization cycles, providing clear recommendations to senior leadership.
- →Identify new growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, competitive analysis, and performance data, covering existing and emerging use cases.
- →Define clear product goals, success metrics (OKRs/KPIs), and investment rationale for initiatives.
- →Structure and solve complex business problems, delivering clear and actionable recommendations.
- →Identify emerging technologies and business models for potential partnerships or investments.
- →Own portfolio performance management, with end-to-end visibility into volume, activation, usage, revenue, and acceptance.
- →Partner with analytics and data science teams to define dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- →Influence go-to-market strategy by partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure strategic priorities are reflected in offers, positioning, and execution.
- →Prepare and deliver executive-level materials, including strategy decks, business cases, performance updates, and decision frameworks.
- →Drive alignment across a highly matrixed, global organization by leading strategy discussions, executive reviews, KPI measurements, and decision forums.
Requirements
- ✓Ability to frame complex business questions and translate analysis into clear recommendations
- ✓Experience in product strategy, commercial decision-making, and analytics
- ✓Strong understanding of market insight, transaction data, and customer behavior
- ✓Experience in setting strategic direction, measuring performance, and scaling product offerings
- ✓Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills
- ✓Experience in mentoring product managers and contributing to the development of modern product strategy and analytics best practices
