About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Visa’s Credit and Consumer Solutions team. This role requires acting as both a Subject Matter Expert and Specialised Sales, ensuring client-facing teams have the knowledge and support needed to grow product penetration and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Specialised Sales for Visa’s Credit and Consumer Solutions
- →Support mid- and long-term commercialisation for all Credit and Consumer solutions in UK & I
- →Launch and scale enhanced Affluent propositions across Mass, HNW, and UHNW segments
- →Grow consumer credit portfolios across UK&I clients while ensuring ethical practices and regulatory compliance
- →Drive solutions adoption in UK&I and identify commercial opportunities for scaling credit products
- →Work directly with Issuers and Lenders to develop new lending propositions
- →Drive critical client engagements across the sales and commercialisation cycle
- →Contribute to Visa 2030 strategy through client-led sprints and feedback into product roadmaps
- →Provide regular updates and reporting to Visa management on key metrics
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management within financial services or credit solutions
- ✓Strong understanding of P&L management and commercialisation strategies
- ✓Ability to work with client-facing teams and provide necessary knowledge and support
- ✓Experience in launching and scaling financial products
- ✓Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services
- ✓Strong analytical and data-driven approach to product development
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and priorities
