About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Visa USA Inc. in San Francisco, CA. This role involves working across multiple teams to define and maintain platform services that enhance client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Gather and review business requirements from client needs to product team go-to-market timelines
- →Build, define and maintain Platform services that decrease client time-to-value or enhance our client’s API experiences
- →Work with a design team to bring the product experience to life
- →Work across many teams – Sales, Ops, Product, and Technology – to ensure all requirements are defined, met and commercialized
- →Manage the API Onboarding relationships for published products
- →Assist with onboarding processes, align technical objectives, and guide through commercialization readiness
- →Work closely with Technology to plan and review new features, participate in user acceptance testing, and prioritize feature delivery
Requirements
- ✓Experience with API platforms and gateway systems architecture
- ✓Strong understanding of client integration guides and code snippets
- ✓Ability to work across multiple teams and manage relationships
- ✓Experience with authentication broker and certificate management automation
- ✓Knowledge of regional gateways and their implementation
