About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing global partner relationships and overseeing the onboarding process for new partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and maintain global partner relationships, including those for B2BConnect
- →Oversee and monitor the end-to-end process of selection to successful on-boarding of new partners
- →Agree and manage a programme of dual supply on all routes with regular volume
- →Oversee the identification and selection of new payment partners in collaboration with the central network team
- →Collaborate with sales and account managers to understand route demand from current and new clients
- →Develop and maintain senior relationships with relevant management personnel in banking and non-banking partner businesses
- →Work with the wider Network Management team and sales and marketing to identify, plan and deliver effective marketing and brand building events
Requirements
- ✓Experience in managing global partner relationships
- ✓Strong understanding of the end-to-end onboarding process
- ✓Ability to work with technical, operational, and commercial teams
- ✓Experience in route management and cost optimization
- ✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams
