About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Designer to join Visa's Deal Excellence Team, specializing in high-impact proposal pitches and presentations for strategic deals and client engagements. This role is pivotal in shaping how Visa communicates value to clients through compelling, visually engaging narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create visually stunning, client-centric pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials that clearly communicate complex themes and win strategies
- →Produce new and refresh existing assets, including presentation materials (PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma), infographics, CX flows, and interactive demos
- →Translate technical and commercial concepts into clear, persuasive visual narratives
- →Extend visual identities and brand guidelines across all pitch and presentation formats
- →Provide creative art direction and design for pitch visuals, including digital and video
Requirements
- ✓Learn and internalize Visa's business, products, and payment ecosystems
- ✓Strong formatting and storytelling skills through PowerPoint
- ✓Strong attention to detail
- ✓Good understanding of designing for animation/motion graphics/video
- ✓Ensure all content is designed with the end-user experience in mind – human centred design perspective
- ✓Work closely with deal teams and in-house design partners to align creative output with business objectives
- ✓Ensure modern, clean design that resonates in the Fintech and B2B space
