About the Role
We are seeking a Data Product Manager to define product strategy and direction for cross-domain initiatives within the Finance Data Platform. This role will own the product development lifecycle for platform-level data products while collaborating with various teams including Data Architecture, Engineering, and Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle for Finance Data Platform initiatives
- →Define product vision, value propositions, and phased roadmaps for cross-domain data products
- →Clearly articulate product scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect Finance business outcomes
- →Drive product strategy aligned to Finance priorities and AI enablement goals
- →Define and operationalize the engagement model for how Finance teams interact with the Finance Data Platform
- →Serve as the primary point of coordination for cross-domain Finance initiatives
- →Partner closely with Program and Project Managers by providing clear product priorities and sequencing
- →Work across Domain Data Product Directors to align shared initiatives and resolve cross-domain dependencies
- →Engage deeply in technical design discussions and validate feasibility of product requirements
- →Drive AI-readiness of Finance data products through strong feature definition and data quality standards
- →Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations articulating product strategy and outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of data platforms and product development lifecycle
- ✓Experience with Spark SQL, Hadoop ecosystems, Databricks, Snowflake, and other data technologies
- ✓Prior experience enabling AI/ML in products using tools like Databricks MLflow, AWS SageMaker, etc.
- ✓Ability to define product vision and articulate technical requirements
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Executive-level communication and product storytelling abilities
