About the Role
The Marketing Manager at Visa plays a crucial role in driving the company's marketing efforts in Japan. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential partners and clients while retaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage assigned co-marketing initiatives with partners and clients, driving partner marketing programs and developing new business opportunities
- →Partner with the client marketing team to understand objectives and develop effective marketing campaigns
- →Support the consumer marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all executions
- →Serve as a brand and marketing steward, ensuring alignment with Visa's vision and purpose
- →Influence other functional teams to support marketing programs and activities
- →Comply with all Finance, Legal, Risk and Audit requirements for Visa and partners
- →Work closely with advertising, media, digital, and promotion agencies to ensure project delivery and execution
Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience in traditional, digital, and emerging media platforms
- ✓Strong understanding of market trends and ability to conduct quantitative analyses
- ✓Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
- ✓Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams
