About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager, Contact Center Platform to lead product development for Voice/Contact Center platforms within CS Client Care. This role will also oversee related Digital & AI solutions supporting the Client Care Transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define product roadmap and requirements based on Client Care servicing lines of business strategy
- →Manage, groom, plan and execute a steady product backlog in a fast-paced, agile environment
- →Establish detailed epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
- →Participate in Agile methodologies including sprint planning, daily scrums, product demos and retrospectives
- →Work with UX/CX team to translate requirements into mockups
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Client Care Operations and business lines
- →Review and approve development work completed by the Technology team
- →Manage post-release metrics and gather feedback from operations teams
- →Track, measure and report value realization
- →Communicate progress, dependencies, risks and opportunities to stakeholders
- →Engage with Voice/Call Center technology partners
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management within contact center or voice platform environments
- ✓Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- ✓Ability to define product roadmaps and manage backlogs
- ✓Experience working with UX/CX teams
- ✓Cross-functional collaboration skills
