About the Role
Visa's Cyber Security team is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join their elite team. This role combines IAM expertise with automation and AI/ML to drive innovation in IAM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with the Warsaw IAM team and global AAG program to align local deliverables with global IAM AAG roadmap
- →Implement Zero-Trust principles, regulatory requirements, and AI/ML-driven enhancements
- →Onboard applications and components into IAM governance, ensuring compliance with IAM controls
- →Use analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, and Python to identify access-risk patterns
- →Develop scripts and workflows to automate IAM tasks
- →Assist in building and maintaining AI/ML models for IAM control/process gap detection
- →Provide technical support for IAM-related requests and incidents
- →Partner with Application Development and Business teams to integrate IAM processes
- →Perform manual validation of IAM security configurations
- →Maintain IAM-related risk and control documentation
Requirements
- ✓Strong IAM expertise with a passion for automation and AI
- ✓Solid coding and scripting skills
- ✓Experience with AI/ML and GenAI technologies
- ✓Ability to work with analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, and Python
- ✓Understanding of Zero-Trust principles and regulatory requirements
