About the Role

We are looking for an Innovation Lead to join Visa’s Technology Organization. This role focuses on driving game-changing innovation within Visa’s internal processes and ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

→Be at the heart of developing new ideas into demo-able products, and ultimately to commercial product
→Work directly with product owners, UX, engineering and other partner teams to gather and refine requirements
→Drive rapid prototyping cycles from technical requirements to optimization
→Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools
→Consult regularly with leadership to align expectations and deliverables
→Scale successful pilots to full commercial solutions
→Develop advanced architect solutions that are robust and scalable
→Use stubs as needed to simulate capabilities
→Work collaboratively across team boundaries to share common infrastructure
→Leverage AI technologies in development and production systems
→Provide domain expertise on technical documentation

Requirements

✓Experience technically leading and mentoring multi-skilled teams
✓Ability to rapid prototype new ideas and scale them to commercial solutions
✓Strong understanding of distributed systems, payment flows, and data solutions
✓Experience with cyber security and B2C platforms
✓Knowledge of AI technologies and their application
✓Excellent technical documentation skills
✓This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
