About the Role
The Implementation Consultant, Commercial Solutions Implementations position is responsible for leading complex implementations of Visa Commercial Solutions services with financial institutions and fintech partners in North America. This advanced-level role focuses on program management of complex virtual card implementations and the launch of new Visa Commercial Solutions programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage program implementation of complex Visa Commercial Solutions B2B product implementations
- →Lead end-to-end implementation process for virtual card solutions
- →Support implementation and launch of Visa Commercial Solutions applications and platforms
- →Provide consulting and technical expertise for effective implementation
- →Consult with clients to understand business use cases and develop Solution documents
- →Monitor progress, provide status updates, and manage project milestones
- →Prepare and maintain detailed project plans with risk mitigation
- →Manage customer engagements and coordinate issue resolution
- →Create and maintain implementation documentation
- →Identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Experience in program management of complex financial services implementations
- ✓Strong understanding of virtual card solutions and B2B payment systems
- ✓Excellent project management skills with knowledge of best practices
- ✓Ability to lead client consultations and develop detailed solution documents
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and project tracking tools
- ✓Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- ✓Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- ✓Experience in the financial services or fintech industry
