About the Role

The Internal Audit team at Visa is seeking an Analytics Audit Manager to enhance and protect organizational value through risk-based assurance and insights. This role involves identifying opportunities for data analytics throughout the audit lifecycle and deploying solutions using various technologies.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify data sources used in audit procedures using mechanisms like a ‘Data Tracing Matrix’
→Review risk and control matrices, data flow diagrams, and audit test procedures to find opportunities for data analytics
→Assist in planning, development, and execution of data analysis procedures using Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, and Tableau
→Monitor data warehouse refresh activities, including troubleshooting and enhancements
→Validate data sources for completeness and accuracy
→Document functional, technical, and source data requirements
→Lead the IA data analytics program, providing regular updates to management
→Provide support on the existing data analytics environment
→Demonstrate strong time and project management skills
→Stay updated on business strategies, technology advances, and risk profiles
→Lead complex analytics implementations and supervise team members
→Manage internal goals and metrics of the IA analytics program
→Maintain business relationships to ensure analytics solutions align with business objectives
→Promote new ideas and project enhancements
→Demonstrate commitment to Visa’s strategic vision
