About the Role
Pismo is seeking a Staff Engineer to help establish the Europe Localization team. As the company expands globally, this role will focus on developing features for markets outside the core platform, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, observability, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with project team members to ensure development and implementation of new data-driven business solutions
- →Take ownership of development tasks to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions
- →Convey technical solutions and communicate status, issues, and risks clearly
- →Work with senior technical staff and PM to identify, document, and manage risks and issues
- →Engage in requirements definition and clarification in collaboration with Business
