The desired candidate will work in the Compliance Technology Operations team under Global Ethics & Compliance Organization. This team is in the center of all technology development, Compliance requirements, and new product enablement. Whether for an issuer, merchant, or fintech, the team is not only looking to create innovative solutions that resonate with clients but also for the end consumer. As the world shifts towards agentic commerce, we are looking for an operations-oriented product manager that will be at the forefront of optimizing processes across all internal and external stakeholders.
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents that automate and optimize business processes across product operations, implementation, and product delivery. This role will drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives, leveraging advanced AI and agentic technologies to deliver measurable impact for all functional areas.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services - to identify automation opportunities, architect AI driven solutions, and ensure successful integration and adoption. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AI agent creation with strategic vision and strong business acumen.
The person should be a thought leader and familiar with the up-to-date development of the industry in these areas, have exceptional organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, be an analytical and structured thinker as well as with extensive experience in customer/partner interaction, management, and software solution delivery. 
Key Responsibilities
Agile Product Management:
β’ Draft clear user stories for complex features and function as the liaison between business units, technical teams, engineering, and other groups to enable seamless integration.
β’ Contribute throughout the product lifecycleβincluding discovery, ideation, strategy, requirements, and value managementβby identifying needs, refining backlog items, and prioritizing features.
β’ Lead sprint scoping with global stakeholders and IT partners, analyze solutions, address business impacts, and apply Agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean, SAFe, Design Thinking) while managing initiatives in JIRA/JIRA Align.
β’ Conduct feature refinement, produce wireframes and mockups, present them to stakeholders, participate in agile ceremonies, track dependencies, support QA/UAT, validate releases, and ensure comprehensive system readiness.AI Agent Development:
β’ Design, build, and deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents to automate multi-step business processes across product operations, implementation, and delivery.
β’ Integrate predictive, generative, and prescriptive AI models into enterprise workflows for decision support and operational efficiency.
β’ Prototype and iterate Agentic AI solutions.
β’ Develop enterprise workflows with AI, ML and Data Governance.
β’ Utilize Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate for workflow automation.
β’ Utilize Copilot Studio's Agent Builder, and the use of application connectors for task agents.Automation Strategy and Execution:
β’ Map business processes, identify high-value automation opportunities, and define agent capabilities in partnership with stakeholders.
β’ Lead proof-of-concept development and oversee integration with enterprise systems via APIs and workflow orchestration tools.
β’ Support execution of the AI roadmap in coordination with engineering, ML, analytics, and compliance teams.
β’ Prioritize features using insights, performance trends, and stakeholder feedback.Compliance & Risk Management:
β’ Ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards for Trusted Agent Protocol.
β’ Coordinate regulatory, compliance, data privacy, monitoring, data model, key controls, governance, and risk reviews for AI-related features.
β’ Support AI governance documentation, risk assessments, and model audit trails.
β’ Contribute to ethical AI best practices and explain ability frameworks.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
β’ Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills with the ability to work in a global environment and drive consensus in cross-functional teams and steer towards implementations of initiatives.
β’ Partner with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and operations teams to embed AI solutions into core business functions.
β’ Lead multi-functional teams through both tactical and strategic decision points, understanding dependencies, tradeoffs, risks, and mitigations.
β’ Regularly communicate associated outcomes, risks, and forward-looking plans/insights succinctly to various team members at all levels, including senior management to help guide and influence strategic decisions for improvement.
β’ Drive organizational adoption of AI tools and processes by applying best practices in AI governance and responsible AI, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and providing status updates.
β’ Be an AI Ambassador for the team and the wider community.Technical Collaboration and Oversight:
β’ Discuss technical implementation details with architects and other technical teams. Collaborate with engineering teams to build robust, reliable, and scalable Compliance tools. Work very closely with development and QA organizations to ensure technical specifications and final products meet business requirements.
β’ Provide technical oversight, review technical designs and implementation framework and strategy, guide prompt engineering, and define evaluation benchmarks for AI agent solutions.
β’ Document workflows, models, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.Continuous Innovation:
β’ Validate AI impact through experimentation frameworks such as AB testing and performance benchmarking.
β’ Establish and monitor KPIs to measure performance productivity gains, cost savings, and user adoption of Trusted Agent Protocol.
β’ Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
β’ Drive conceptualization, prototyping, and launch of new AI-powered solutions at the intersection of compliance and technology.
β’ Build business cases for new AI/ML capabilities and continuously evolve platform features to meet practitioner needs.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
