About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team at Viseven Group, a MarTech company specializing in interactive content and cloud solutions for global pharmaceutical companies. This role involves managing individual and cross-team projects while facilitating Scrum and Kanban practices.

Key Responsibilities

→Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, and release ceremonies
→Calculate team capacity, track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
→Continuously improve team focus and reduce incidents
→Update tracking systems for product and backlog transparency
→Provide recommendations for internal practice improvements
→Help teams form appropriate commitments through transparency of capacity, past effectiveness, and story prioritization
→Ensure timely implementation of individual and cross-team projects while maintaining quality standards
→Establish and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders
→Manage project risks and implement change management processes
→Analyze and monitor team performance using optimal metrics
→Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
→Manage resource allocation for projects
→Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
→Participate in incident management and quality monitoring
→Responsible for performance evaluation, goal setting, engagement, and career planning
→Mentor junior Project Managers

Requirements

✓Over 4 years of relevant experience in project management
✓Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
✓Experience building processes within Scrum teams
✓Upper-Intermediate English level (spoken and written)
✓Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
✓Analytical thinking
✓Self-discipline and effective time management
✓Performance monitoring and evaluation skills
✓Developed organizational skills, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution skills
✓Ability to mentor and develop team members
✓Presentation skills
