About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at vivenu, a global leader in event ticketing technology. This role focuses on driving growth in new customer acquisition and managing the entire sales cycle for complex B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement ambitious sales plans in close coordination with executive leadership to actively shape growth in new customer business.
- →Identify the pain points of potential new customers and develop tailored solution strategies that offer real value.
- →Manage the entire sales cycle and moderate complex decision-making processes across all stakeholder levels (up to C-level).
- →Lead contract negotiations confidently to completion and celebrate new successes with the team.
- →As an interface to CX, Development, and Legal, ensure smooth workflow and contribute significantly to the continuous optimization of our processes.
Requirements
- ✓A completed degree (business administration or similar) or equivalent qualification with strong business understanding.
- ✓Relevant experience in closing complex B2B deals (ideally in software/SaaS), where consulting and storytelling are key to success.
- ✓A strong hands-on mentality and the ability to not only understand but proactively solve customer needs.
- ✓The ability to act as an inspiring speaker and win people at all levels for our vision.
- ✓Excellent German and fluent English language skills; additional language skills are desirable.
