About the Role

Vizcom is seeking a Product Designer, Enterprise/Platform to help shape core product experiences for AI-powered tools that assist industrial designers. This role involves working on both early user journeys and advanced workflows, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to create intuitive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

→Design end-to-end product experiences across onboarding, core workflows, and advanced use cases
→Simplify complex systems into intuitive interfaces for both new and experienced users
→Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality features
→Use user research and product insights to improve usability, retention, and engagement
→Grow user research practice through interviews, usability testing, and expanding research methods
→Contribute to and evolve the design system as the product and team grow
→Support design team effectiveness by exploring and adopting emerging tools and workflows
→Prototype and iterate quickly in ambiguous problem spaces
→Advocate for thoughtful UX decisions that balance speed, quality, and long-term usability

Requirements

✓Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and ownership of features from concept through launch
✓Comfort designing multi-step workflows and scalable systems
✓Experience designing user flows that improve clarity, usability, and adoption
✓Strong visual and interaction design foundation with attention to detail
✓Experience contributing to or scaling a design system in a growing organization
✓Familiarity with user research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and synthesis
✓Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally
✓Curiosity and interest in improving design processes, tools, and team workflows
