About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Salesforce FSI to join our team. This role involves working on high-value projects for clients in the banking and insurance sectors, focusing on functional and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand, analyze, and model business needs of FSI clients, and define appropriate Salesforce solutions
- →Take charge of the entire project cycle: needs gathering, feasibility study, scope definition, parametrization, testing, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support
- →Ensure the quality of deliverables and the relevance of design choices (parametrize and/or supervise)
- →Collaborate closely with technical teams on integration and development topics
- →Support clients in developing the Salesforce solution roadmap and anticipate future iterations
- →Participate in pre-sales phases alongside Sales teams, particularly for FSI accounts
- →Provide user training and contribute to change management
- →Capitalize on projects, structure sector-specific feedback, and contribute to the formalization of FSI business accelerators (templates, components, best practices, benchmarks)
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience
- ✓Expertise in Financial Service Cloud (FSI)
- ✓Mastery of needs gathering, scope definition, and Salesforce parametrization
- ✓Aptitude for pre-sales
- ✓Fluent English
