About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner Salesforce Core to join our team at VO2 GROUP. This role focuses on managing the product roadmap for Salesforce Core and the clienteling application, driving customer engagement and IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- βPilot the product roadmap around Salesforce Core and the clienteling application, prioritizing business needs and translating them into backlog and user stories.
- βEnsure product delivery using Agile methodology, facilitating rituals like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- βImprove user experience by structuring feedback collection from Client Advisors and optimizing user journeys and UI/UX.
- βAnalyze usage and performance data to guide product decisions and measure the impact of changes on customer engagement.
- βCollaborate with IT, CRM, marketing, and retail teams, communicate project progress, and contribute to product organization evolution.
Requirements
- βSenior Product Owner with proven experience on Salesforce Core
- βExperience in CRM, clienteling, or customer engagement environments
- βSolid experience with Agile methodologies
- βThe ideal candidate is senior-level, similar to a VP of Clienteling, with strong product management capabilities.
