About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team at VO2 GROUP, a leading French independent tech and digital consulting firm. This role focuses on defining and managing the product vision around Salesforce Core and clienteling tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Pilot the Product Roadmap, defining and managing the vision around Salesforce Core and clienteling tools
- →Ensure Agile delivery by animating all rituals and tracking quality, resources, and delivery deadlines
- →Optimize User Experience by structuring feedback loops with Client Advisors
- →Lead data-driven decisions by analyzing usage and performance data
- →Manage stakeholders by collaborating with IT, CRM, Marketing, and Retail teams
- →Structure the product team by supporting skill development and organizational evolution
Requirements
- ✓Senior confirmed experience as a Product Owner, similar to a VP Clienteling profile
- ✓Essential expertise in the Salesforce Core ecosystem
- ✓Solid experience in CRM, Clienteling, or Customer Engagement environments
- ✓Proven mastery of Agile methodologies at scale
