About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join voize, an AI company that helps nurses save time on admin work. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experience across voice, chat, and email channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage inbound support across voice, chat, and email, ensuring timely, high-quality responses
- →Own cases end-to-end, including triage, prioritization, follow-ups, and clear closure
- →Set expectations and communicate clearly, especially when timelines depend on internal investigation
- →Partner with Technical Support on complex issues, gathering details and driving resolution
- →Handle escalations calmly and effectively, balancing urgency with quality
Requirements
- ✓Strong customer support foundation with experience in support, customer success, or operations
- ✓Experience with support tooling like ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and chat/phone systems
- ✓Excellent, empathetic communication skills for explaining solutions clearly
- ✓Structured problem-solving ability to break down issues and move forward
- ✓Comfort with technical topics like integrations, browsers, devices, and permissions
- ✓Ownership and reliability with follow-through and stakeholder communication
- ✓Collaboration mindset for working with different teams
- ✓Fluent German (C2) for customer communication and solid English for internal collaboration
