About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product to join voize, a company transforming the healthcare industry with AI companions for frontline workers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product organization and driving company success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and scale a high-performing product organization from 6 to 10+ members within 12 months
- →Own and drive execution of the product roadmap
- →Build tight feedback loops with customers and cross-functional teams
- →Define and implement scalable product processes, tools, and systems
- →Ensure product quality drives operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- →Hire, mentor, and develop vertical product teams
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience leading a product team of 10+ people
- ✓Track record of scaling complex multi-vertical B2B SaaS products
- ✓Deep understanding of product quality, operations, and growth
- ✓Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards and KPIs
- ✓Sound communicator who bridges product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- ✓Hands-on leadership style
- ✓German (B2+) language proficiency and based in Berlin or within commutable distance
