About the Role
We are looking for a RevOps Intern to join our Revenue Operations team at voize. This role involves supporting the development of scalable, data-driven processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our revenue engine runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with reporting, dashboards, and performance analyses
- →Help maintain data hygiene in HubSpot, focusing on data quality, account structure, and contractual data
- →Work on process improvements across the revenue funnel, documenting and optimizing workflows
- →Support tooling initiatives including CRM, sales tools, and automation
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
- →Identify inefficiencies in the customer journey and automate solutions
Requirements
- ✓Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business or quantitative degree
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and structured problem-solving
- ✓Interest in RevOps and B2B SaaS
- ✓Detail-oriented with a focus on clean data and clear processes
- ✓Tech-savvy with experience in spreadsheets, BI tools, or CRM tools
- ✓Self-starter with a proactive approach to finding improvements
