About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join voize, an AI company that helps nurses save time on admin work. You will craft visuals that inspire and connect, evolving our visual identity across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and refine voize’s visual identity across paid, organic, and owned channels
- →Design marketing assets for Google, LinkedIn, retargeting campaigns, booths, events, print hands-outs, and A/B tests
- →Partner with our web team to create landing pages and visuals in Figma and Webflow
- →Produce engaging content visuals for social, blog, and email
- →Craft standout sales and investor decks, one-pagers, event, and print materials
- →Build and maintain design templates and component libraries for the marketing team
Requirements
- ✓Several years experience with marketing design with a portfolio spanning ads, web, social, and sales materials
- ✓Excellent proficiency of Figma and Adobe CC (Bonus: Webflow)
- ✓Proven track record designing for performance and conversion
- ✓Ability to move fast, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality work
- ✓Fluent C1+ English (Bonus: German)
