About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join voize, an AI companion that frees nurses from admin work. You will own the full technical journey of our customers, from presales to ongoing operations, ensuring a smooth experience and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support pre-sales calls to assess infrastructure, spot blockers, and guide evaluations
- →Troubleshoot issues across systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces
- →Support technical scaling, such as growing user bases and infra changes
- →Document setups and technical handoffs for smooth internal collaboration
- →Flag recurring issues and contribute to internal tools, docs, or processes
Requirements
- ✓Expert Windows/Linux system administration and network configuration skills
- ✓Solid experience with virtualisation, Docker, web servers, and load balancing
- ✓Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs, browsers, infrastructure, and devices
- ✓Clear communicator with empathy for both technical and non-technical users
- ✓Proactive, self-directed, and skilled in documentation and technical handoffs
- ✓Experience with start-ups will help you thrive in this role
- ✓Confident in German (C2) to support customers and fluent in English (C1) to work closely with colleagues
