About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join the Hub Team at Weekend, a leading developer of voice AI games for smart TVs. This role involves running data-driven experiments that impact revenue and creating seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Product to refine requirements, write technical specs, and deliver features from concept to launch
- →Collaborate with Design to create intuitive user experiences
- →Develop a deep understanding of users and design experiments that drive acquisition, activation, and retention
- →Contribute to a fast-paced product engineering team by rapidly delivering new features
- →Play a critical role in making key technical decisions
- →Mentor junior engineers and maintain high code quality standards
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of software engineering experience with scaled products
- ✓Experience in growth engineering or rapid experimentation environments
- ✓Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and feature flagging systems
- ✓Excellent communication skills and a bias toward action
- ✓Strong product sense with deep empathy for users
- ✓Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and work across the full tech stack
- ✓Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
