About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team at Vonage, a global cloud communications leader. This role involves working on end-to-end projects in a full-stack backend oriented position, contributing to our next major project, the CHAT API solution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work on end-to-end projects in a full-stack backend oriented role
- →Take a key role in building and leading the team from an Architecture perspective
- →Design, research, develop, and test functional and non-functional areas
- →Onboard and mentor new team members
- →Help build a reliable continuous improvement process and ensure efficient delivery
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience as a full-stack/backend software engineer with Java, Typescript, Relational/Non-relational databases, and cloud solutions
- ✓Expertise working on large scale complex software systems and leading delivery cycles
- ✓Experience working with multiple releases with Agile methodologies in a service or SaaS environment
- ✓Experience with modern web frameworks such as Vue.JS / AngularJS / React
- ✓Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
- ✓Understanding of system architecture and distributed systems
- ✓Ability to manage a full application development cycle from requirements to production
- ✓Great collaboration and English skills, working with other team members across the world
