About the Role

WeMoms is looking to strengthen its sales team in France to drive advertising revenue from agencies and brands. As WeMoms’ Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for designing and executing our outbound acquisition strategy by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify, source, and prioritize high-potential brands and agencies
→Map key decision-makers (Brand Directors, Media Managers, Digital Leads, etc.)
→Develop account-based outbound strategies
→Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, social selling)
→Build creative and personalized outreach strategies
→Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities
→Maintain consistent and disciplined follow-up
→Understand client business objectives and marketing challenges
→Identify budget, decision-making process, and timeline
→Ensure high-quality qualification before handing over to Sales Managers
→Work closely with Account Executives to maximize conversion rates
→Own your pipeline and prospecting KPIs
→Maintain rigorous CRM updates and reporting
→Continuously improve scripts, sequences, and messaging
→Contribute to refining outbound processes and best practices
