About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Ad Monetization team at Voodoo, a leading mobile games and apps company. You will work on revenue-critical topics, combining strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and operational execution to improve performance across millions of daily users.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive revenue performance across a portfolio of games and apps
- βAnalyze revenue drivers such as ARPDAU, fill rate, eCPM, LTV, and ad engagement
- βOptimize the ad tech stack by improving mediation setup and experimentation frameworks
- βLead high-impact projects to align ad monetization with user experience and growth strategy
- βAct as a business owner with full visibility on revenue performance
Requirements
- β3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- βHighly analytical with a passion for impact
- βAbility to run SQL queries
- βExperience in gaming or performance marketing is a plus
