About the Role Vtricks Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly driven Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the company’s digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end digital strategy, performance marketing, social media management, and SEO optimisation. You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving high-quality leads, and improving overall digital performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns aligned with business goals. Create data-driven funnels for lead generation and conversions. Social Media Management Plan monthly social media calendars and manage posting schedules. Grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Engage with the community and manage DMs, comments, and interactions. Coordinate with creative teams for high-impact social media content. Paid Advertising Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor campaign performance and ensure ROI-driven optimisation. Manage digital marketing budgets effectively. SEO Management Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market study. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings. Develop SEO-based content strategies & coordinate with content teams. Analytics & Reporting Track performance metrics across campaigns and platforms. Prepare weekly/monthly analytical reports. Recommend strategic improvements based on insights and performance trends. Creative Direction Provide creative direction for ad creatives, videos, and social media assets. Work with designers, videographers, and content writers to develop compelling content.

Required Skills 5–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & YouTube Ads. Strong skills in Social Media Management & Content Planning. Proficiency in SEO strategy (keyword research, on/off-page SEO, backlinks). Ability to conceptualise creative ideas for digital campaigns. Strong analytical abilities and experience with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights, etc.) Experience in funnel design, conversion optimisation & lead-gen strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to handle end-to-end digital operations independently.
