About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing and improving the performance of services related to our digital solutions for physical retail (IoT & SaaS).
Key Responsibilities
- →Build trust with clients, sponsors, and key decision-makers, positioning Vusion as a long-term strategic partner
- →Manage account plans in coordination with Sales and Key Account Managers
- →Drive and improve customer NPS, analyze feedback, and implement corrective plans
- →Conduct business reviews, showcase use cases, demonstrate value and ROI of deployed solutions
- →Ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLAs) on support, maintenance, and asset management
- →Coordinate internal teams (Support, Sales, Project Managers, Experts) to ensure service levels meet contractual expectations
- →Monitor service contract budgets and ensure financial consistency
- →Anticipate and manage any events that could impact service quality throughout the contract lifecycle
- →Identify and propose service improvements, quantify them, and demonstrate associated ROI
- →Develop success plans and roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
- →Contribute to upsell and renewal strategies in collaboration with Sales
- →Map stakeholders and develop multi-level relationships
- →Structure onboarding phases to accelerate time-to-value
Requirements
- ✓Experience in customer relationship management and account management

- ✓Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive service improvements
