About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Interface Specialist to serve as the primary technical liaison between our global team of solution engineers, customers, partners, and the R&D department. This role involves providing expert guidance on product solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary technical interface between global teams, customers, partners, and R&D
- →Provide expert guidance on how products and services address client challenges
- →Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely
- →Deliver technical training and workshops to solution engineers, customers, and partners
- →Ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction
- →Gather and relay customer feedback to Product Management and R&D
- →Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base
- →Support new product introductions with technical KPI monitoring and POC installations
- →Support exhibitions with new product introductions
- →Support continuous improvement of solutions and processes
