Your Opportunity
Vytalize Health is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support our Talent team in sourcing and hiring for clinical and healthcare operations roles. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to grow within healthcare recruiting and gain experience in full-cycle hiring.
The Recruiter will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication while partnering with hiring managers and senior recruiters to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.
What you will do
- Support sourcing efforts for healthcare and operational roles including care managers, nurses, health coaches, and other clinical support positions.
- Identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain and develop candidate pipelines for open and upcoming positions.
- Conduct initial screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest in the role, and alignment with Vytalizeβs mission and values.
- Review resumes and help determine candidate fit for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams using the companyβs Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure interview schedules run smoothly and candidate communication is timely.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
- Provide clear updates and maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Assist with preparing and extending offers when needed.
- Support onboarding coordination and required hiring documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
- Assist with reporting, pipeline tracking, and recruiting metrics as needed.

Education
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience
- 2β3 years of recruiting experience
- Exposure to healthcare recruiting or clinical roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby), LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office tools preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting recruitment for healthcare, clinical, or healthcare operations roles (e.g., nurses, care managers, health coaches, pharmacists, or medical assistants).
- Exposure to full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates.
- Understanding of healthcare industry terminology and clinical roles.
- Experience working in high-growth, startup, or fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
