Title : Senior Office Microsoft 365 Administrator ( need locals )

Interview Mode : Skype

Location: Herndon, VA (Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week onsite)

U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)

Longterm

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

5–7+ years of hands-on administration and engineering experience with Microsoft 365 in an enterprise setting.

Proven experience leading M365 implementations, upgrades, or major configuration projects.

In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, and security & compliance features.

Advanced experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

Strong PowerShell scripting experience and familiarity with Graph API.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and interface with senior leadership.

Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of hybrid environments and integration with on-prem Active Directory and legacy systems.

Knowledge of AI capabilities within Microsoft 365
