About the Role
We are looking for an E-PMO Representative in China to serve as the local interface for all PMO and Change Management activities within Engineering. This role ensures that global E-PMO standards are implemented locally and coordinates with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure the application of global E-PMO standards in China
- →Support project planning, reporting, and governance
- →Accompany change initiatives within the Chinese Engineering team
- →Conduct training sessions and workshops to foster process acceptance
- →Manage and administer ENG tools in use
- →Support rollouts and adaptations for local requirements
- →Collect and analyze project data for global dashboards
- →Prepare regular status reports
- →Collaborate closely with project managers and the global E-PMO
- →Translate global requirements into local implementation plans
- →Complete other temporary tasks required by the leader
