About the Role
We are looking for a Project Specialist to join our Project Management - Digital Intelligence team. This role focuses on ensuring project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining communication and coordination across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the key communication and coordination point for projects, interfacing with multiple departments including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Commissioning, and Finance
- →Ensure alignment of expectations, scope, deliverables, and changes with clients
- →Monitor project progress across all phases from Engineering to Closure
- →Develop and control project schedules with key milestones
- →Prepare physical progress curves and internal/external reports
- →Manage contractual compliance and scope management
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
- ✓Proven experience in Project Management in dynamic and complex environments
- ✓Fluent English
- ✓Strong focus on sustainable results delivery supported by mature processes and people development
- ✓Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills, especially with clients
- ✓Ability to work in challenging contexts while maintaining quality and strict adherence to deadlines
- ✓Proficiency in project management software like MS Project, Primavera, or equivalents
- ✓Advanced knowledge of PMI and/or IPMA project management methodologies
- ✓Availability for occasional travel
- ✓Familiarity with agile methodologies
- ✓PMP or IPMA certification considered a plus
