About the Role
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will work directly with customers and various internal teams at Wabtec. This role focuses on providing customer-valued service and managing complex processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with customers to identify priority items and initiatives
- →Coordinate analysis and issue resolution with internal cross-functional teams
- →Communicate troubleshooting priorities and customer impact to support teams
- →Maintain and update status of action items to ensure customer satisfaction
- →Work with Engineering, Operations, and Mechanical teams to track performance metrics
- →Manage contract budget, cost, and revenue using Clarity
- →Participate in discussions about Services contracts with various functions
- →Develop proposals and participate in executive deal reviews
- →Identify and implement enhanced maintenance service offerings
- →Manage complex processes involving multiple stakeholders
- →Communicate with TPM peers on issues and initiatives
- →Plan and conduct training programs as required
- →Track customer issues and requests using SalesForce
Requirements
- ✓Experience working directly with customers
