About the Role
The Talent Acquisition and Performance Manager plays a key role on WatchGuard’s global Human Resources team by leading talent acquisition and operational HR support to our Americas workforce. This role partners closely with employees and managers in delivering critical global HR programs, including talent acquisition, performance management and training and development.Â
This position is an in-office role in Miami, FL and reports to the VP of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Partner with regional leads on the global talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning alignment, and recruiting process design.
• Leading full-lifecycle recruiting for U.S. roles and supporting hiring in other regions as needed.
• Manage and develop the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Global.
• Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (Lever) to ensure high data quality.
• Establish standardized recruitment metrics and executive dashboards.
• Lead global onboarding strategy and partner on regional execution, including program delivery and structured 30/60/90-day check-ins.
Performance Management
• Design and continuously improve the global performance management framework.
• Lead the annual global MBO process, including tracking and management of trimester reporting on goal attainment.
• Enable managers with training and guidance to lead effective performance conversations.
• This includes dealing with employee relations matters and coaching managers on navigating performance management issues that arise.
• Use data to refine the annual performance review processes year over year and improve business outcomes.
Employee Development & Recognition
• Lead the design and rollout of a company-wide manager training program, including online learning modules, toolkits, and enablement resources for 230+ people managers.
• Identify and execute future learning and development initiatives by assessing business needs, capability gaps, and growth priorities.
• Ensure all annual compliance training mandates are met and maintained.
• Design and lead company-wide recognition programs, ensuring they consistently reinforce company values, reward high performance, and contribute to a culture of accountability, appreciation, and recognition.
Skills and Experience
• 5-7 years of talent acquisition and HR generalist experience is required.
• Experience in performance management and employee relations is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading training and compliance initiatives is desired.
• Solid understanding of US employment laws, with multi‑state experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency using MS Excel and comfort working with people data.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR experience a plus).
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Ability to both follow established processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Compensation
The base salary range is $135,000-$140,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 25% of the base salary. Your base salary will be determined by your individual skills, education, and experience. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.Â
