Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist -Help Desk
Watershed Security, a Veteran Owned Small Business, is seeking a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren, VA. Must have Six (6) years of help desk support experience using BMC’s Remedy or ServiceNow and an active DoD TS/SCI Eligible clearance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - High School or GED - CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH certification - Six years of professional industry experience - Active DoD TS/SCI Eligible - Ability to work on-site in Dahlgren, VA - Ability to travel up to 10% - Experience with BMC’s Remedy or ServiceNow - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
PAY RANGE $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 USD
