About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join Wavestone France Sud-Est, a team of 250 professionals based in Lyon and Marseille. This role involves supporting key private accounts and major public sector actors in the PACA and AURA regions with their digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop commercial relationships and client management
- →Prospect new clients on your accounts
- →Organize and conduct client meetings in partnership with our expert consulting teams
- →Ensure client satisfaction and implement action plans
- →Lead complex sales processes
- →Qualify client needs and develop response strategies
- →Coordinate managers and consultants for tender responses
- →Negotiate commercial offers with client procurement departments
- →Analyze client potential and develop account strategies
- →Define and implement commercial action plans
- →Strengthen relationships with other practices to meet client needs
Requirements
- ✓Experience in commercial development and client relationship management
