About the Role
We are looking for an AI Specialist to join our CTO.ai team at Wavestone. This role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technologies in Data and AI, particularly generative AI, AI agents, and solutions like Microsoft 365 Copilot to help clients maximize their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify AI opportunities and develop roadmaps
- →Define priority use cases and adoption models
- →Create advanced AI agents (business assistants, specialized copilots, documentary AI, recommendation engines)
- →Develop data pipelines and integrate into IT systems
- →Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, governance, and security
- →Facilitate design thinking workshops to co-create solutions
- →Drive change management, communication, and end-user training
- →Structure large-scale adoption and measure impact
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in Data and AI technologies
- ✓Experience with generative AI and AI agents
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot
- ✓Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices
- ✓Strong understanding of data governance and security
- ✓Ability to facilitate workshops and drive change management
- ✓Excellent communication and training skills
