About the Role
Join our Data Product expertise and become part of a team of specialists who help large organizations transform their models through data and product approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- →Frame and launch Data Products (Discovery, needs formalization, design, industrialization tracking) used by thousands of users.
- →Participate in strategic reflections with business and data directors on implementing a Data as a Product approach: governance, prioritization, KPIs, and adoption.
- →Work synergistically with other firm expertise (AI, Cybersecurity, Change Management) to maximize intervention impact.
- →Participate in strategic reflections with business and data directors (up to CODIR level).
- →Collaborate closely with business, product, and tech teams to ensure Data Products deliver measurable value.
- →Support the development of the Data Product offering by contributing to the definition of reusable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
- →Accompany clients in evaluating and tracking the impact of initiatives (business results, ROI, usage performance).
- →Share expertise: lead teams, contribute to delivery quality, and handle commercial pre-sales.
Requirements
- ✓Strategic understanding at a high level combined with operational capabilities to lead Data Product programs for clients.
- ✓Experience in sectors such as Luxury and Finance, assisting major accounts in implementing data products in complex and regulated environments.
- ✓Experience in Industry and Energy sectors, deploying Data Mesh approaches and Product Thinking applied to data to optimize operational processes.
