About the Role
Join Wavestone's Cybersecurity Practice, a team of over 1000 consultants operating in 20+ countries. You'll help major organizations, including Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies, with critical transformations through practical and agile cybersecurity and operational resilience strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, plan, and manage digital transformation programs directly with clients
- →Mentor junior consultants by sharing expertise and supervising less experienced team members
- →Master technical or functional subjects while developing persuasive capabilities
- →Maintain client relationships while independently managing projects, schedules, risks, and resources
- →Contribute to business development through opportunity detection, pre-sales meetings, and commercial proposals
- →Support knowledge management initiatives within the cybersecurity practice
- →Participate in internal development initiatives including career management, recruitment, performance management, and training
Requirements
