We are looking for a Fleet Operations Program Manager to join Waymo, an autonomous driving technology company. This role focuses on managing complex cross-functional Fleet Operations initiatives and improving efficiency in service and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• →Design, manage, and report on complex cross-functional Fleet Operations initiatives
• →Partner with OEMs to manage vehicle service, maintenance, and warranty programs for new Waymo platforms
• →Identify and execute on opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost in Waymo’s service and maintenance operations
• →Partner with product and engineering teams to guide systems and technology development
• →Deploy innovative Fleet Operations workflows and automations that create capacity and ensure quality
• →Develop colleague’s program management tools and skills
