About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Waymo Operations, responsible for delivering the Waymo Driver to the world. This role involves building and scaling the world's first and leading autonomous fleet and operations platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the Roadmap Program Development, including end-to-end deployment and planning for new markets
- →Drive partnership enablement domestically and internationally
- →Develop innovative solutions and processes to enable rapid deployment at scale
- →Establish and execute a robust governance framework
- →Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on all recoveries and Tow procedures
Requirements
- ✓10+ years with program/vendor management in operations, strategy, and planning
- ✓Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- ✓5+ years of Program Management or Consulting experience
- ✓Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- ✓Exceptional quantitative skills and understanding of supply & demand modelling
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
