About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the Consolidation team at Wealthsimple. This role focuses on building client-facing experiences and systems that help clients consolidate their assets with Wealthsimple.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with a cross-functional team to build client-facing experiences across onboarding, product discovery, and Home surfaces
- →Drive systems that power consolidation initiatives at scale, focusing on back-end architecture and implementation
- →Partner with design, product, and data teams to create intuitive user experiences
- →Contribute to architectural vision for large-scale back-end systems
- →Build and iterate on features through experimentation and rapid prototyping
- →Help maintain and improve the most visited surfaces in the Wealthsimple mobile and web apps
Requirements
- ✓Passionate about product-led growth and collaborating with design, product, and data partners
- ✓Comfortable operating across the technology stack, with expertise in back-end systems
- ✓Prior experience driving or supporting architectural vision for large-scale back-end systems
- ✓Embraces experiments and rapid prototyping as part of the product roll-out process
- ✓Experience with Ruby on Rails, React / React Native, TypeScript is a plus
- ✓Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
