We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Product Analyst to drive business outcomes across our product organization. In this role, you will lead and shape success through high-impact product analytics initiatives that align with business objectives. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, setting analytics standards of excellence and guiding data-informed decisions. The role sits under our Finance team which bridges the gap between business intelligence and broader business decisions. Through our partnership with business leaders, we are able to drive key insights to shape decisions for short and long-term success and growth.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- End-to-End Product Analytics Success Insights: You will lead the full E2E lifecycle of product analytics success insights from product discovery to product launch for key products, including our AI products and core features to optimize product adoption and revenue growth.
- Product Analytics KPI Metrics: You will partner with PMs and cross-functional leaders to define, track, report, and analyze product success including sales, onboarding, adoption, and churn metrics to optimize product retention and revenue.
- Strategic Product Roadmap: You will define, execute, and communicate the product analytics strategy, shaping a roadmap for data-driven analysis, dashboards, and initiatives that deliver business outcomes.
- Thought Partnership: You will serve as a trusted thought-partner to senior product leaders and executives to understand their challenges and deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions.
- Strategic Project Management: You will lead high-visibility, cross-functional projects, defining scope, deliverables, and outcomes while ensuring company-wide strategic alignment including unlocking core and AI features product behavior and usage data for analysis.
- Analytics Excellence & Innovation: You will champion a culture of analytics excellence, scaling our product analytics data foundation, self-service capabilities, AI-focused analytics capabilities, and predictive models that empower product leaders to leverage deep insights to drive business decisions and actions.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO ACCOMPLISH THE JOB
- Extensive Professional Experience: 8+ years of related product analytics experience preferably in B2B space with a Bachelorβs degree, or 6+ years with a Masterβs degree.
- Proven Strategic Influence: Experience shaping strategic product analytics initiatives and roadmap that supports long-term goals.
- Advanced Technical Proficiency: You are highly proficient in SQL and have extensive experience with date visualizations tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI). You leverage AI-related tools and workflows for AI analytics first approach.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to establish strategic relationships across all levels of the organization including PMs, Engineers, and other key stakeholders to align diverse interests to drive business outcomes.
- Communication & Storytelling: You can translate complex insights and recommendations into compelling narratives for executive audiences, creating presentations that tell a clear story with data.
