About the Role
We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at Nutshell, an award-winning CRM and email marketing platform. This role focuses on creating engaging content marketing assets and collaborating with the marketing team to refine designs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and create engaging content marketing assets, including web graphics, advertisements, and digital marketing materials
- →Collaborate with the marketing team to test, iterate, and refine designs to improve performance and brand consistency
- →Translate goals, research, and feedback into thoughtful, high-quality creative solutions
- →Work within and help maintain our existing design system and UI pattern library
- →Learn and grow your design skills by contributing to real-world projects
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, web design, UX, or related field
- ✓GPA above 3.4
- ✓2-5 years of experience in design
- ✓Outstanding skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
- ✓Knowledge of web design, graphic design, and UX best practices
- ✓Knowledge of responsive design best practices
- ✓HTML/CSS coding experience (a plus)
- ✓Experience in creating end-to-end UX processes and workflows
- ✓Understanding of how to use design artifacts to effectively build alignment and communicate ideas
- ✓Experience in Saas product design (a bonus)
