About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join Web Summit's People Operations team. This role involves scaling sales teams globally and managing the full recruitment cycle for commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work the full cycle recruitment process for commercial teams across the business
- →Collaborate with CCO and Sales SVPs to scale sales teams globally
- →Deliver seamless recruitment processes with hiring managers and their teams
- →Build efficient and scalable recruiting processes with the internal recruitment team
- →Manage a complex recruitment schedule using ATS, Slack, and other tools
- →Source active and passive candidates through various networks and research
- →Support ad-hoc hires across operations, live events, engineering, and marketing
Requirements
- ✓Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and communication skills
- ✓Track record in talent acquisition and sourcing strategy, preferably in tech
- ✓Ability to understand long-term and short-term perspectives
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- ✓Adaptability to moving business needs and recruitment team demands
- ✓Comfortable dealing with internal stakeholders and deep diving into team needs
- ✓Experience hiring sales candidates is a plus
