About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our People Operations team. This role focuses on scaling sales teams across multiple global regions through full-cycle recruitment processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for commercial teams across the business
- →Work closely with CCO and Sales SVPs to scale global sales teams
- →Collaborate with hiring managers and their teams to deliver seamless recruitment
- →Partner with internal recruitment team and HR to build efficient, scalable processes
- →Manage complex recruitment schedules using ATS, Slack, and other tools
- →Source active and passive candidates through networks, databases, referrals, and research
- →Support ad-hoc hires across operations, live events, engineering, marketing, and other departments
Requirements
- ✓Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and communication skills
- ✓Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and sourcing strategy, preferably in tech sector
- ✓Ability to understand both long-term big picture and short-term perspectives
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- ✓Adaptable to moving business needs and recruitment team demands
- ✓Comfortable dealing with internal stakeholders and building ideal candidate profiles
- ✓Experience hiring sales candidates is a significant advantage
